New member Kramer started 4 identical "Proposed New Topics" (PNT's) in rapid succession. My guess is that this was an accident, but I wanted to make sure it was stopped - Thus I gave Kramer a 4 hour suspension.I will be lifting the suspension right after I post this message.Kramer - Sorry about that. You're obviously not the only one. Not only are there many in the on-line world who use only lower case, where I work the documentation person for one of our group's products does a great job, but she uses only lower case in all her email.For short messages I have little problem with all lower case, and many of your messages are short. But if I see a message with more than one all lower case paragraph, or a long all lower case paragraph, unless the topic is fascinating or Forum Guidelines defying, my eyes rebel and I usually won't read it. The Porteus brothers have been around long enough to know the rules, but it seems that rules aren't meant for such enlightened individuals.They continue to flout the system. It's probably just overenthusiasm coupled with a wide range of interests, but Bgmark2 has already posted to 17 threads this morning, many of which were dormant. Though I don't think it was the intent to spam, and result is similar, and so I've suspended Bgmark2 for 24 hours just to make sure he notices that we're concerned about spamming types of behavior here.I encourage Bgmark2 to pick just a few threads to participate in at a time. The experience of moderators is that those who spread themselves thinly across many threads are unable to do so productively.

Thought it wise to nip this one in the bud. Large copy/pastes and insulting (or attempting to perhaps) a moderator in reply to a moderator post that gives instruction on how to leave comments on moderator action. Message 121
