Re: Shorten the signature, third warning
Grow up Jason. We have nicely let you continue posting here, even though you continue to break Forum Guidelines. You have been asked by admin to shorten your signature... Blatant refusal to listen to admin requests won't get you boot camp....since you have already been banned several times...it will just continue with this new screenname.
By the way, Adminjar is a Christian. I do believe he has posted the Nicene Creed here himself several times. Why would he possibly be against this?

What forum guidelines have I broken?
You have been asked by admin to shorten your signature... Blatant refusal to listen to admin requests won't get you boot camp....since you have already been banned several times...it will just continue with this new screenname.
Banned several times? When? And state your intentions clearly; what exactly will happen to me if I keep posting my signature as is? And on what grounds, since there's nothing in the rules about signature length?
By the way, Adminjar is a Christian
Supposedly.......

And that, among others was changed when it was suggested. Without all the histrionics of the childish.

Re: Shorten the signature, third warning
I prefer the brevity of the word 'bullshit' over the de facto bullshit of a lengthy sermon disguised as a signature.

Childish? I'M childish because I don't like being subject to arbitrary censorship?
But a couple of overpaid e-bullies who exert their e-authority willy nilly so they feel powerful......THAT'S maturity, right?

That too was not really necessary.
A bit of patience please. Especially with someone who doesn't really deserve it.

Re: Shorten the signature, third warning
I have no problem with what Para said, Nosy........unlike you atheists, I have no problem listening to differing opinion.
What I DO have a problem with is a group of atheists making me edit my signature because the content pisses them off, and covering it up with some kind of excuse about it being too long, even though there's nothing in the rules about signature length and no logical reason to complain about it.
But, here, it's shortened.......will you LEAVE ME ALONE now?

I think it's cute that Sidelined changed his quote to be in direct opposition of mine. Internal thought
"I believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen. I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father. Through him all things were made. For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary, and was made man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets...I acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen." The Nicene Creed

"... making me edit my signature ..."
In point of fact it is not your signature.
It is, however, unmitigated bombast, vain repetition, and just plain annoying.
Whatever turns your crank, but if I wanted to stay in the debate, I'd heed the administrators.
Or, are you looking for someone to put us out of your misery?

Re: "... making me edit my signature ..."
OF COURSE it's vain repetition........it's a signature......duh.
As for bombast, that's gotta be the first time I've heard the Nicene Creed referred to as "bombastic"........
and just plain annoying.
Because you disagree with it.......way to keep an open mind, though.
