Nobody has ever considered other people celebrating their own holidays as a 'War on Christmas'.What has been regarded as such a war are the repeated efforts by bafoons like you to erase all traces of Western culture and identity in the guise of 'recognizing other religions and beliefs'.For example, by stealing the creative work of someone who meant to communicate their beliefs on the meaning of Christmas and rewriting it to promote your own sick anything-goes Multiculturalism.

Let me fix that for you: There is absolutely no reason for christians to celebrate winter solstice (which was December 25th) ... none. (cue manufactured reason ... ).More accurate, ergo more better.

And there is nothing wrong with that, nor providing shelter for the homeless ... but why only one day of the year? Isn't the Christian gospel\faith\message all about doing that year-round?

The purpose of the cartoon isn't to be 'accurate' but to communicate the thoughts of its creator(s).Rewriting that scene to make the characters say something else is no less a war on that culture than ISIS' destruction of archaeological sites is a war on the cultural heritage of the Middle East.

I find the absurdity of this comment mildly offensive. Since causing me mild offence is no less am attack of my sense of well-being than breaking into my home, shooting off my kneecaps and then pissing in my mouth as I howl in agony, I have alerted the police already.

But who bastardized what? Christmas is historically an amalgamation of different pagan beliefs that were Christianized by Constantine and other early Christian figures. So are you saying the culture terrorists are the Christians themselves?

In my native language Christmas is Joulu and in Swedish it is Jul. In German the same event is Weihnacht.We are Western democracies and according to you we are erasing what exactly...? It is so Anglo-centric to cry about removing Christ from Christmas.Our celebrating during the time of winter solstice is exectly our own - we dont dance around totems nor do we celebrate alleged birth of any fictional characters. Some people do and it is just fine so - if it takes a religious holiday for a family to spend time together, excellent.
