Just recieved a recorded mail delivery informing me that the convenor of the faculty higher degrees committee has now recieved the Examiner's reports on your M.th (research).
Guess what?
My thesis has passed examination and I will be awarded an Master of Theology Degree.
I am so chuffed.
I am off to celebrate.
I thought all my mates at EvC would like to hear me good news.
I have been tutoring at seminars for the uni for two years on the 'intro to the old testament' course, and teach at high school part time. I also edit the theology section of an e-journal.
I begin my archaeology masters in september 2005, I have two papers submitted to two conferences, and another paper in production for a journal, so it's all go.
I came into higher education quite late, due to a few personal issues, but I am really enjoying it and I am even more eager now to learn more.
I havent been posting as much as I would like to here, but I hope to get some time over the holidays catch up on some posts that I haven't been able to answer yet.
The school goes on holiday tomorrow for two weeks so I should be able to set aside some time.
