i don't wish to be dogmatic. accept what you will.
I see some topics that relate to ideas of God saying, "who made God?"
readers may find my post very opinion-based but anyhow i answer:
first, you must understand the idea of God. before our logic of cause/result comes, God precedes such logic. To my belief, God creates logic.
Here is a thought
Why do opposite poles attract each other while same ones push away? Why does time go forward in our world? Why does mass create attraction/gravity instead of repelling things? In short, why are the things way they are and WHY DO ANYTHING MAKE SENSE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
I know it sounds like i'm asking "why is sky blue?" and it sounds unscientific. but these questions that shows that LOGIC IS AN INTRICATE, MIRACULOUS WORK OF A CREATOR.
Why is logic correct? why can't lies be true? does this sound ridiculous? then what is EVER true? then what is absolutely so true in this entire universe?
It is my belief God creates logic. man can argue however fervently he possibly can before the Creator. but who/what gives him the knowledge and "logical" thinkings to argue in the first place?
this may sound like gibberish on the surface level, but if you really think about it, think outside what may seem logical, you can see that for God, 1+1 doesnt necessarily equal 2. If he was willing, objects flying in the air can be a normal thing! (Jesus walked on water)
Logic is a characteristic and a very very small aspect of Creator's personality which he reveals. Perhaps God saw that logic was necessary for mankind, and thus laid boundaries, limits, and foundations of order. Logic cannot control the one who creates it. Likewise, God needs not depend on Logic, nor does he exist because of it. Logic exists because God made so.
Do not believe in everything you think is true. Nothing can be absolute except the Absolute itself.

This rambles a bit, without giving a clear thesis or flow of thought. I'm not promoting. Try joining in with relevant remarks in a few existing discussions first to get a feel for how things work around here. (Don't just reproduce this in someone else's thread).
