I don't know about that. I don't ever recall Noam Chomsky, Edward Said, or Ward Churchill (before the recent controversy) ever having their opinions or analyses broadcast on CNN.
I have to ask the same question others are asking: just what do you consider "left wing"? Whenever I hear people complaining about "liberals" or "left wing" bias, it always seems to me that they are really complaining about moderate, even right-of-center opinions.

I have an idea. I'm not sure what a "liberal" is, either. I subscribe to the American weekly magazine The Nation; they claim to be liberal, and I use this magazine to judge what is liberal and what is not. Why don't you start reading The Nation? Then compare what you read in those articles with the articles in The New York Times and CNN and whatever else interests you, and see if you can see the same analyses, ideas, and opinions promoted in a consistent fashion.
