I'm not sure if this has been touched on, but a friend came accross this interesting link. Natural Nuclear Reactor and I was wondering if any of you science types had any comments on its relevance.

It's relevant to the constancy of decay rates. Rapid changes in the value of nuclear force constants would have affected the rate of reaction, and thus the forms of contact metamorphism. And there are more precise, and more technical, calculations to further check.
Unfortunately most of the Oklo hills have been stripmined but I think a few are included in a scientific preserve.
