I think it accurately shows the subjectivity in noticing complexity and also the 'God of the Gaps' part where if people aren't clearly sure it evolved, then it was designed.

Anything wrong with it? Any other defining parts of IDC that I missed?

What do you mean "You can't prove a negative"? Have you searched the whole universe for proofs of a negative statement? No? How do you know that they don't exist then?!
