So as a curious Evolution/Creation studier, i was just wandering if the science/evolutionary people have a reason for rocks at like the grand canyon or other parts that havey flat rock and perfectly laid down. It appears like it was laid down rapidly, so wouldnt that be in support of the flood when the waters receded. Also wouldnt that mean in terms of creation theory that the rocks at the bottom are actually the youngest and the rocks at the top are the oldest??

Please clarify- Why do flat rock layers imply rapid deposition? How does this suggest the youngest rocks are at the bottom?

that the rocks at the bottom are actually the youngest...
How do you propose to slip young rocks in beneath rocks that are already there? That seems a mite tricky to me.

GF,

Why doesn't it appear that they were laid down slowly?

Divine stratification

Not for the Great Layer. He can lay down and shuffle anything He likes. When He laid down a Devonian layer He could always dig it up, turn it over, and lay it down again, under a Precambrian layer if He chose to. Anything laid down in any order by the Great Layer will be hard to explain. He laid Mary down in a Hebrew town right under Joseph’s nose. Indeed the Great Layer knows a thing or two about seducing married women who claim to be virgins. He probably laid down some pre-stratified sperm that got to Mary’s eggs just ahead of Joseph’s. Now that’s divine stratification for you!

read the Grand Canyon from the Bottom Up.
I suggest you start by looking at the thread Exploring the Grand Canyon, from the bottom up.
What you describe as related to the Grand Canyon is simply false.
