Behe's latest hijinks

Michael Behe is currently offering his "expert" services for the plaintiffs in a lawsuit by a number of California christian schools challenging the University of California's rejection of their science courses as "viewpoint discrimination." His report can be found here, and his deposition testimony can be found here.Interestingly, Behe is now holding himself out as an expert in high school instruction in both biology and physics.As a side note, the plaintiffs are represented by Wendell Bird. Some of you may recognize the name from Edwards v. Aguillard where he went down in flames trying to argue to the Supreme Court that the Louisiana "Balanced Treatment Act" didn't violate the First Amendment.

That was a while back now, his latest hijinks are more amusing. He was ranting nonsense about HIV (and got owned by a biology student - her blog can be found here Blogger)
as well as spitting his dummy out over getting bad reviews at Amazon.com

Are you referring to her debate with HIV denier? I couldn't really find anything on HIV other than that link, and it doesn't have Behe on it.
