Michael Behe is currently offering his "expert" services for the plaintiffs in a lawsuit by a number of California christian schools challenging the University of California's rejection of their science courses as "viewpoint discrimination." His report can be found

Interestingly, Behe is now holding himself out as an expert in high school instruction in both biology and physics.
As a side note, the plaintiffs are represented by Wendell Bird. Some of you may recognize the name from
Edwards v. Aguillard where he went down in flames trying to argue to the Supreme Court that the Louisiana "Balanced Treatment Act" didn't violate the First Amendment.
