The creation museum should be preserved forever to document one of the preeminent irrationalities of our time, the religious holocaust of the mind.Perhaps a companion piece--say a sacrifical altar from somewhere in the Americas ca. 1000 CE--could highlight how little the nature of human belief changed in a thousand years and how far some folks corrupted their reason to avoid surrendering superstitions.But it sure is an effective museum. I hope it never closes.
