The thing is that graph portrays humanity expansion like unto bacteria in petri dish. People move in migratory patterns and stop when they find a place they like.

This has nothing to do with evolution. Evolution takes place when life is already present.
Think of the study of a plant growing in a pot: you are interested in how the plant grows, not whether the seed was put there by a person, passed in the droppings of an animal or blown there in the breeze.
This is how we conceptualise evolution, what happens once life got started. TOE makes makes no comment on the genesis of life.
It could be a natural process, it could be by a gods' will. TOE does not care.
