Smilie Bug in Topic Titles
There appears to be a small bug with smilies in topic titles. On the "All Topics" page and the "Coffee House" page, there are posts wth a smiley in the title, but it appears in code:
"img src="http://www.evcforum.net/Images/Smilies/smile.gif" border=0>< !--UE--"
It appears normally in the actual posts though. See Message 115
Pretty minor quibble really when you've done such an all-round great job!

Where the approved topic came from glitch
I'm just promoted two PNTs. At the promoted versions it is listed that the topics were copied from the forum that is actually the destination forum, with the link being that destination forum.
The source topic information is correct.

Okay, thanks for finding this one. I'll try to do this when I fix the smilie issue.

Fixes Installed
I have just installed fixes for:
  • The problem displaying smilies in message subtitles under the "Last Post" heading of thread lists.
  • The problem with the message appended to a thread that has been copied from one forum to another. It now correctly identifies the forum it was copied from.

Strange date formats
It might seem a bit paranoid of me, but I can't help wondering why all the dates on any page on the board are formatted with what seems an abbreviation of my moniker where dashes should be. It only happens when I am logged in. For example, the page I am on now displays the date my current session began as "30ParasJulParas2009 05:41 PM"
Anyone else noticed something similar?

More suggestions!
(1) Have the option to choose if we agree, disagree, or indifferent with the post we're replying to. This would show up on the post. This will be helpful with monster-size posts.
(2) Have the option to make all posts who disagreed with your post to be invisible to you and vice versa.

Re: Strange date formats
Better now?
There's a field on your profile page where you can set the separator character for dates. Set it to "-" and dates will be displayed as 7-31-2009, set it to "/" and dates will change to 7/31/2009. Your separator had somehow gotten set to "Paras".

In that case I think I know what happened. I use PasswordMaker, an add-on of Firefox, to log in on pages. It's a great add-on, but it has one glitch: if it sees a page with login fields on it, it tends to fill all non-password fields with my login name. I recently changed something in my profile and I think PasswordMaker filled the separator field with as many character of my login name as would fit.
Thanks for finding it, Percy.
