A point about probability

Time has not delivered us from three mile long anacondas and intelligent microbes, physics has.As for the many things that are physically possible but not available for comment, they also have not been ruled out by a time limit, but by chance. That simply isn't the direction evolution took (here).Once life gets past the single cell phase, which does seem to take an incredibly long time, there are other limits that it runs into way before it gets to another time limit.Can you describe a condition that evolution has not had time to evolve?
