In my humble opinion, if you want more people to join your forum and stay here, abolishing the 'Member Rating' will prove beneficial.
Hi Europa. I heartily welcome you to EvC. I hope you continue to participate. We really need you to balance the membership ideologically.
I don't know how much we agree to, but you raise some good questions and points for the majority evolutionist constituence to debate on.
Here are some things to keep in mind relative to the ratings.
I was once for removing the system, but though I get mostly low ratings, I'm for keeping it. There are actually things like minded members can do to keep the system fair. There are times when if a creationist is obviously given an undeserved 1 rating I will make an effort to give it a 5er if I like the message. Conversely, if I feel a member is given an undeserved 5 I may lower that to 3 by a 1. The five and a 1 appears to balance out to about 3. I see others apparantly do some of that as well. This is not something that should be abused as well, however. Members should work to be fair and balanced.
Anyhow, Europa, do please stay. The ratings are not that important. What is important is that you keep on keeping on doing your best. I like mixing it up and debating people who, in my view, need my message. The more I debate them, the more I see them as sheeple, educated through the assembly line of elite secularistic academia which has programmed their minds all the way from pre-school to doctorate or what ever level of education they've achieved into evolutionism and the BB, denying the possibility of higher intelligence existing than what is on the human level.
