Hi Mr J,
It's from a show called Daylight Robbery or possibly Daylight Robbery 2. They were broadcast by the BBC in 1988 and 1991 respectively.

actually it is from a guy in texas who treated the squirrel to increasingly complex tasks and adding new ones as the previous ones were mastered.
