I guess the symbol in the upper-right indicates something is fishy. Besides, I find it hard to believe that Fox news would be so ignorant to accept Benjamen Franklin as having been president (they would have been the ones putting the caption up), even if Michale Bachmann had said such a thing. Or do you think that Fox news would be out to make MB look stupid?
The comedy is in the fact that you cannot tell whether or not she actually said that. I think this should have gone into the "Humor" topic. Fox news has plenty to call them on without hitting them with something that they didn't do. Moose

A candidate for the Democratic Presidential Primary got 496,000 votes (out of around 9 million cast ) against Clinton in 1996, but was blacked out by the media. In 1996, a political extremist promoting bizarre conspiracy theories ran for the Democratic party nomination. He did this every election - 1996 would be his fifth consecutive attempt (and not the last). Weirdly, this was not considered a major event by the press.
