Hep, I can't seem to get my signatures to appear in my post, any idea as to why that is ?

You have to check the box "Show Signature" that appears below the post edit window. There is no way of making it an automatic default.

You can delete what you have written but not the post itself.
I normally replace it with 'sorry, please ignore', or some such.

Signature on can now be a default setting
There is no way of making it an automatic default.
It's a recent change - You now can choose to make "signature on" the default setting. You need to go to "Member CP (control panel, formerly known as profile).

Indeed. What's strange is that your post has the appearance of "correcting" something that I wrote long before that recent change.
For the record, what I posted in Message 2 was correct at the time that I posted it. And I currently do use the new setting to include the signature by default.

Just for the sake of completeness I'll mention that you can also disable the display of signatures though the Member CP.
