New catholic scandal

If i rally a mob in front of your house saying stuff like you work with the devil and you should be gang raped. Then the mob would proceed in to your house and gang rape you but i would stay outside or go and have a cup of coffee some place else. Would i be responsible for you being raped and should i be punished?

I agree speech should be fully free but if your speech causes someone to hurt another you should be responsible too.So if someone acts on the priests ramblings and rapes a woman who aborted a child the guy who acted and the priest should be arrested, and punished. the guy who acted gets tried for rape, the priest gets tried on incitement of violence.edit:

Sure it should but when the ones listening to you rob my store blind i wil hold you responsible for inciting that sort of behavior. If no damage comes to me i have no problem with you screaming out anything you want.Your rights go to the point where they dont infringe on the rights of others.

Um like stop feeding people the body of a man while wearing a dress The curch has been a powerhouse for the past 1500 years the most powerfull organisation for most of that time possibly still are, conforming to what plebs think just isnt that high upon their list of things to do.Making things like this, or child abuse, go away is.
They also worry allot if sperm goes to waste, condoms are sin and stuff like that, and gays are evil stuff like that is way more important then a preacher who molests a child, or a priest who preaches raping women that had an abortion.
