Good article from CMI. I'm posting it for fellow Creationists, and really for anyone else who is interested.
A tidbit: "After the Flood, the marsupials left the Ark and dispersed around the world. They could have dispersed before many of the other mammalian varieties. They occupied various niches around the world, but were eventually driven off by competition in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Finally, they ended up establishing themselves in more distant (vis--vis the Middle East) regions. As ocean levels rose at the end of the Ice Age, land bridges were eliminated and the migrant marsupials were stuck where they were.10 There’s also evidence suggesting that human travellers introduced some of the marsupials to distant lands, which can explain conundrums of very similar marsupials in different parts of the world.11" Opossums - creation.com Another good article from CMI. A tidbit: "Significant disjunctions are also found in the fossil record. For example, many similar plant fossils are found in western North America and eastern Asia but, according to the ancient earth geologists’ account of slow continental drift, these rocks were laid down when Alaska and Russia were still thousands of kilometres apart.13 While living marsupials14 are largely restricted to Australia and South America (opossums), their fossils from rocks classified as Late Cretaceous (supposedly between 85 and 65 million years old) are found exclusively in Europe, Asia and North America. Richard Cifelli, an associate professor in the Department of Zoology at Oklahoma University said, this geographical switch remains unexplained.15 Interestingly, fossil marsupials have now been found on every continent.16,17" Plants animals biogeography - creation.com Edited by Chuck77, : No reason given. Why don't both of you take it somewhere else. I said it's for Creationists or anyone interested.

Chuck, is there some special reason why you bring this here, instead of taking it to the How did the Aborigines get to Australia? thread, where it would be on topic?
It's just that, much as I try to fathom out why you wouldn't want to take this material to the appropriate thread, I can only think of one possibility; you're just too much of a coward. Seriously Chuck, why not take it to where it can be addressed? People on that thread, including myself, have been begging for you to engage on that thread, yet, when you actually have something to post, you take it elsewhere. I can only imagine that it's because you are too much of a coward to put this material up in a debate thread and then defend it. Or you could prove me wrong. Put these dreary lies up in the relevant debate thread. Stand by it. Defend it. Debate it, this being a debate board and all. It's about time you started stepping up matey. Put up or shut up Chuck. You are of course free to bring anything in those articles over to that thread to be addressed. Why you call them lies im not sure.
Maybe what you say or cite is lies? Yeah, i'll go with that. Pic something to add to the thread and i'll swing on over and debate it. There is a lot to pick from.

Yep, to try and educate fellow Creationists. This is clearly a novel use of the word "educate" with which I was previously unfamiliar.

I think you guys are being a little harsh.
Yes, from our perspective it is nonsense and maybe this is the wrong place to post it but I believe Chuck is putting this info out in the spirit of evolution vs. creation. If there was no creo component this site would be dead. /comes down from a pillThe above ontological example models the zero premise to BB theory. It does so by applying the relative uniformity assumption that the alleged zero event eventually ontologically progressed from the compressed alleged sub-microscopic chaos to bloom/expand into all of the present observable order, more than it models the Biblical record evidence for the existence of Jehovah, the maximal Biblical god designer. -Attributed to Buzsaw Message 53 The explain to them any scientific investigation that explains the existence of things qualifies as science and as an explanation-Attributed to Dawn Bertot Message 286 Well, Larni, let's say I much better know what I don't want to say than how exactly say what I do.

Hi Larni,
If there was no creo component this site would be dead. This site is dead if the creationists present refuse to debate. Chuck could have brought this to the appropriate thread for discussion. He didn't. Instead he finds the time to reply to everyone who calls him a dick, whilst ignoring replies of substance. Then he complains that there are no replies of substance. Frankly, I'm getting a little sick of it. Mutate and Survive

The title of the subforum is "Links and Information". Not "or". Perhaps his intention was to put it where all creationists could participate.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BUZSAW B 4 U 2 C Y BUZ SAW.
