Not a single word of that "post" was his own, but rather has been blathered at least 7,710 times over the Internet.
It's his very first post here. Not a single word was his own. The post itself is a typical fundamentalist exercise in twisting and distorting definitions of words, no different from any of similar fundamentalist crap I've seen for the past 40 years.
As for what indicates it's Christian (prominent Bible versions perhaps?) or fundamentalist (the entire tone of the farce), after 40 years of exposure to such excrement, the stench is readily identifiable.
Non-creationists do not need to post troll messages, nor is it a part of their culture. Posting troll messages is very much a part of the fundamentalist and creationist cultures. Indeed, one of the surest ways to take them completely by surprise is to take their message seriously and try to discuss it with them. I learned decades ago that the surest way to anger a creationist is to try to seriously discuss his claims with him; they really hate that!
Spam is as spam does. Fundamentalists really don't have anything more to work with.
