Huffington Post has a report about Jimmy Carter's religious views:

It is very different from what we often see coming from creationists, so I thought it might make an interesting contrast.

Two years ago, Jimmy Carter left the Southern Baptists over their attitude towards women.
​
He has also consistently opposed creationists. He's a nice guy.
