The 50-50-50-50-50 tax and economic plan.

I'm curious; is there enough money to do this?How do the figures come out?This reminds me of a plan Heinlein mentioned in the late 1930s, which he detailed in his first novel--published just a few years ago. The title of that was For Us, The Living.He had a solution for the money problem: the government just prints it. The idea behind that is most money is just bookkeeping anyway.Have you any ideas on this?
