Well, the story says that water existed before light.Water is hydrogen and oxygen.What matters and energies other than hydrogen and oxygen existed before there was light? Was helium or carbon around?

So we know that water existed, which also means that certain other forces existed. We know that electrons and protons existed. We know that covalent bonds existed. Did X-Rays or Gamma Rays or Microwaves or Infrared Rays or Ultraviolet rays exist?

Well the water was formless, is that correct?

Sine the story uses the plural 'waters' then the waters were above absolute zero in temperature (otherwise they definitely would have form) and so we can say with some confidence that at least the infrared section of the electromagnetic spectrum existed.

Yup, that the water existed and was without form indicates that it was above absolute zero and so it would radiate heat.So we know that at least part of the electromagnetic spectrum existed.We also know that gravity existed.

But we know we had more than just electrons, we had the heavens and the earth and water and gravity and helium and oxygen and protons and neutrons and the question is how we got heavens and the earth and water and gravity and helium and oxygen and protons and neutrons and electrons before light?

You keep making the claim that "light requires various matters and energies to exist" but keep forgetting to explain what evidence or reasoning supports that assertion.

But according to the story, the 'stuff' needed to produce light already existed and by it's very existence there would have been light even before God said "Let there be light" unless you can explain how the pieces parts that already existed were somehow prevented from producing photons.Since we know that hydrogen and oxygen existed and that they combined to produce water and that the water was above absolute zero (likely above freezing) then there were already photons being produced.
