Well the ability to digest milk in adulthood is new. Over 70% of the world adult population cant do it. It is basically toxic to them.
over 8000 years ago no one could do it, until they invented cheese it has a reduced amount of lactose in it, Giving a small mutation a chance. It allowed some to digest lactose even in adulthood, and the mutation spread trough EUROPE, the mutation did particularity well the more north you go in Europe, for obvious reasons as you get more nourishment from the cheese. Its also how we whiteys became white more milk you can drink more vitamin D the less melanin you need to make your own.

LOL well it is, if you want to be as strong as Nazi the bermench you have to drink up your milk.
Well its simple milk has loads of vitamin D, the other way to get vitamin D is to be under the sun and have lots of melanin ie turn brown. We whiteys don't need that ability any-more as we drink milk, so we have less melanin. But the ability is spreading fast around the world.

There are at least two African human populations that have (different than us Northern European's, and different from each other's) mutations that let lactose tolerance persist into adulthood. Both African groups were historically cattle herders.
Evolution. It works.

I can drink milk and I am Greek. So maybe it was my hearty Spartan ancestors that helped me along.
Or maybe it's my over-abundance of Neanderthal DNA.

No. Melanin doesn't help us make vitamin D, it hinders that process. "Whiteys" have lost melanin because they live in cool, cloudy climates with short winter days. Whiteys are better at making vitamin D from sunlight than those with high melanin.
Although it seems plausible that vitamin D might have been a factor in the high rate of lactase persistence in northern Europeans, it may not be that important. There are hotspots in Africa and the Arabian peninsula as well, as the map in the article you linked to shows.

I can drink milk but as far as mutations go I would much rather have laser eyes or be a speedster.

The above ontological example models the zero premise to BB theory. It does so by applying the relative uniformity assumption that the alleged zero event eventually ontologically progressed from the compressed alleged sub-microscopic chaos to bloom/expand into all of the present observable order, more than it models the Biblical record evidence for the existence of Jehovah, the maximal Biblical god designer.

The Power of Milk
Drinking milk is not an issue for me. I can drink a full glass whenever and I can still function as a common human being. The problem comes in that I also can then function as a power plant. If you could tap my navel you could light all of St. Louis for a couple days.
The reasons I do not go into this field as a career are, first, though my production is about as natural as gas can get the industry insists on pumping it out of the ground instead and, third, I'm a bit squeamish about the operation it would take to get hooked up to the existing pipeline.
As far as being an x-man, my reading of the genetic literature indicates to me that I am most probably a y-man, though i haven't had the panel run.

What you really mean is that it is a slippery slope. Once people start tolerating milk it will start demanding more and more rights.
It won't be long until people standing their ground with a moral and conscience based intolerance of milk will be hounded by jack booted thugs and sent to jail for crimes as innocuous as not baking cakes for milk.
When a country starts tolerating things the majority do not we can expect social decline and an increase of murder, rape and child molestation.
You wait and see.

Isn't the vitamin D in milk artificially added? I think this is a second reason why this proposition does not work. It turns out that if you cannot get enough sunlight, your stuck with eating fatty fish and ingesting artificially fortified food as options for getting vitamin D.
And since vitamin D is also added to other stuff, there is absolutely no reason for an adult to drink milk unless they are a dirty mutie.
