The worker deserves quality health care and a fair plan. Wages are an issue and I believe a fair scale for grocery workers in this day and age is between $10.00 and $17.00 an hour. (depending on position and seniority)
Paid vacations have always been agreed.
And to be fair, the workers need to be trained to bring value to the corporation as well.
This whole idea of hiring new cheap labor off the street and expecting anyone to work hard for below ten an hour is a fantasy. You pay for what you get.
