I'm just briefly stepping in as Admin for this single post. I've been silent as Percy for a few days in case moderator action was required, but maybe now after AZPaul3's post that won't be necessary. I suggest that the war crimes discussion resume in the Presidential Candidates thread, or even better, in a new thread. If at least some participants are trying to engage in serious discussion then I will moderate so that the remaining participants follow suit.
