Trump's order on immigration and the wacko liberal response

According to a report from the Reuters News Service the Department of Homeland Security is planning an all new improved border control policy. Women caught crossing the border with children will be separated, the mother held in detention and the children placed in custody of the Department of Health & Human Services.

Khizr Khan, an American citizen born in Pakistan, said he had not been given a reason as to why his travel privileges were being reviewed. He did not say what kind of review he was subject to, which U.S. agency ordered it or who told him of the change.

"This turn of events is not just of deep concern to me but to all my fellow Americans who cherish our freedom to travel abroad," Khan said in a statement issued by the engagement organizer on Monday. "I am grateful for your support and look forward to visiting Toronto in the near future."

Just another example of the pettiness, racism, ignorance and just plain piss poor manners of Donald Trump.

The issue is not so much leaving as whether you would be allowed back in.

That is what will be tested. Remember that right now the US has a neutral Supreme Court but it will be the Republicans that will determine the makeup in the near future.It is that court that will decide what is a right and what is a privilege and the decision may not be based on morality or reason or logic but rather what is the then current US Federal law.

So far it appears that Hawaii and Washington as well as New York, Massachusetts and Oregon will be suing to have the All New and Stupider Trump Travel Ban declared Unconstitutional and the Virginia suit on the subject is still in play but only as it effects Virginia residents.The problem is that a Religious Test by any other name is STILL Unconstitutional and Trump and his Administration have shown their true colors too many times in too many venues.

An article in yesterdays USA Today says that Muhammad Ali Jr was again stopped and questioned by TSA before being allowed to board a plane from DC back to FT Lauderdale after testifying before Congress where he said on Thursday that the government needs to help end racial and religious profiling.

Even one is too many.But that is irrelevant; the US Constitution (you may have heard of it) says that if they are in the US they deserve Due Process.This Administration seems to have no regard whatsoever for the Constitution or Rule of Law.

I never quite understood why Ronald Reagan was not impeached and then tried as a traitor to the US simply for his collaboration with Iran to delay the hostage releases and the Iran-Contra affair.But remember we survived even the Reagan Administration and this Administration too shall pass.

Even illegal immigrants pay taxes, hold jobs, raise families, attend schools...The US Constitution does not say all people in the US legally have a right to due process. It says ALL Persons. Period. No qualifier. All Persons.
