Faith's PNT regarding GMOs
As for GMOs I've been considering putting together a Coffee House OP on it as Nosy suggested, but I think I'd have to know more about Ayyadurai's study to do that.
Faith,
I would like to see you promote this topic about formaldehyde accumulation in GMOs, I think it could be very informative. It will also tie into the topic about peer-review (although not necessarily Einstein's position).
Here: Do GMOs Accumulate Formaldehyde is the link to the actual paper which should be the basis for any discussion of the topic, since that is where these findings were published and what any discussion by Dr. Ayyadurai should be based on (unless there is follow-up work which would be good to bring to the table as well). You should probably take your time and do your homework before promoting it and have some good arguments as to why you believe this is a convincing study.
This topic could possible go into 'Is it Science' as an option to 'Coffee House'

Whoever calls me ignorant shares my own opinion. Sorrowfully and tacitly I recognize my ignorance, when I consider how much I lack of what my mind in its craving for knowledge is sighing for... I console myself with the consideration that this belongs to our common nature. - Francesco Petrarca

Ignorance is a most formidable opponent rivaled only by arrogance; but when the two join forces, one is all but invincible.

Sheesh. How low do you think it should be lowered??
