The research didn't include genetic analysis seeking an origin of the adaptation, so there's not enough information for an informed discussion. If you'd like to add evidence and argument for special creation to your proposal I could consider the thread from that perspective.

I took this as the key question identifying your topic from your opening post:
Did the mole rat get this ability via mutation while underground in one of the chambers or was the mole rat given this ability via its creation in the Beginning?
There's no genetic research identifying the mole rat adaptation with any particular mutation or set of mutations. There's nothing to discuss.
You also proposed a more general discussion:
lets find the basis of all of biology and understand where traits, abilities, instincts, etc all come from. Were they made by 'Mutation' or 'Creation'.
If you'd like to discuss mutation versus creation then please propose a new thread. Closing this thread down.
