You should suspend someone who repeatedly defies the forum rules, but hooah was just making a joke. There is a distinction between someone who flouts the forum rules and someone who makes fun of the particular things posted by a moderator.Nothing hooah did deserved even a day's suspension, let alone a month. So he made a joke against a moderator? So what? A joke is a joke, and moderators, because of their position, should be, if anything, even more tolerant of this sort of thing than ordinary members.Unless I've missed something, hooah should not have been suspended at all, let alone for a month.
