Hitler was a politician - and not he most honest one in history. You can't believe everything he said.
If he talked about Christianity to appeal to Christians, then he probably also talked about evolution to appeal to evolutionists. So if you want to reject that he was a "True Christian", in all honesty you also have to let go of the claim that he was a "True Evolutionist".
