Never in my 53 years have I seen people so casually and cavalierly advocate the murder of the president of the United States. Trump haters are eager to make assassination great again. Such comments are not just muttered by demented vagrants as they relax on subway grates. Those who say such things too often are prominent, powerful people with platforms from which they publically spew their potentially lethal venom. "Prpiminent powerful people" not necessarily the MSM itself. So, somebody else said there have been calls to murder Trump. But no evidence there actually were such calls. You really don't get this "evidence" thing. You've provided evidence that two people say there have been calls to murder Trump. I am asking for evidence of such calls existing. Such as sourced quotes.

Maybe the tale grew in the telling. Maybe all sorts of things. You wouldn't accept reports of right-wingers lying about Obama, you wanted direct quotes. I won't accept scurrilous rumors, which is all you got so far.

The way "Trump is Girding for a Fight" is a lie is that it is one of the thousands of more or less empty headlines that manage to picture Trump in some kind of personal light that implies some kind of error. 'Girding for a fight' just means getting ready for some kind of struggle or contest. It has no negative connotations. Two years ago, CNN informed us that President Obama was

...girding for a fight as Congress signals it will try to block his Iran deal...
There's no implication there that he made an error. I'd agree that most of the mainstream media in the US is more hostile to Trump than the average President, but hypersensitive exaggeration of everything anyone says about Trump; coupled with simultaneous denial or diminution of anything negative directed against Obama, just makes your whole argument look ridiculous.
