Re: The date of the flood...
They are obvious differences in the geological column. Any valid theory must account for them. No matter what you call them.
If they have nothing to do with your views then you have no hypothesis about what caused them and the rest of the geologic column.

Have you looked at the topic of this thread?
Boy, that sure is some magic water-like substance! That amount and isotopic distribution of iridium didn't come from Earth.

Re: Ducking, dodging and weaving (same as always)
I've proved it from evidence many many times.
No, you've denied it many times.
There's something wrong with the dating methods, sorry
And yet the distribution of radioactive parent and daughter isotopes follows an obvious pattern which demands explanation. For which you have none. Just like the thousands of other observed facts for which you have no explanation other than magic.

Re: Ducking, dodging and weaving (same as always)
The water being under great pressure would come forth through what ever hole was made in the rock which hole was later pluged when God closed them.
Same mistake several creationists have made, including Walt Brown who should know better.
The water would have come out as superheated steam. Parboiled Noah, anyone?

Re: how much water?
If the world's water was converted to a uniform layer over the Earth's surface it would be 2.7km thick
No. If it was converted to a uniform layer over a perfect sphere the size of the Earth it would be 2.7 km thick, and there would be no land-based life.
SFW?

That would equal 8,856 feet.
And it would equal 13.4216 furlongs. SFW?

Re: how much water?
After the flood in the days of Peleg God divided the earth and that is when all the mountain ranges were created
Not according to the Bible. "Mountains of Ararat", remember?

The bible says "mountains of Ararat". Do you deny the Bible?
