Spot on, Faith! As a practising Catholic I can report that since the 1960's (post-Vatican II, to be exact), mainstream cultural Catholicism (as opposed to official Catholicism) has come to be dominated by cultural Marxism, which is preached from the pulpits under the guise of "social justice" or "the gospel in action" or some other misleading euphemism. Notice that Pope Francis invited Loony Lefty, Bernie Sanders, to the Vatican in 2016 - that says it all about what passes for Catholicism these days, especially under this Jesuit Pope (the Jesuit order is 99.999% composed of barking-mad Marxists).
A lot of dozy Catholics have been deceived by this fake Catholicism, but not this little white duck.

As I mentioned elsewhere, it's entirely possible that the Catholic Church will experience another schism - on one side of the split will be the Antichrist Marxists (aka liberals and progressives) led by a false Pope, and on the other side will be the traditionalists (the true Catholics), led by thetrue Pope. The false Church will be granted the power of Satan and thereby gain ascendancy - but only for a short time, for it's destiny is the "lake of fire". Scary stuff.
Phat recently asked why the Left is bad and the Right good. Well, without saying the Right is good, which no group of people can be, the Left is clearly bad because it uses underhanded totalitarian tactics against its opponents, and its goal is power; it has no respect for democracy or freedom of speech except their own, and they consider themselves morally superior to the point that they allow no right for the other side even to exist.

The Left pride themselves on being morally superior, yet note the evils they support! I've noticed that many Lefties are also the biggest hypocrites on the planet.
