Now they've torn down a few tens of yards of Federal fence on Federal land so their buddy's cows can graze freely. A judge is threatening to fine them something up to $70K for required security costs. You can't make this stuff up.

Can't find it right how, but one site did post a part of a law saying that occupying federal land (among other things) is treason.

Now they have bulldozed a more convenient path... Through an archaeological site, which is why the path didn't go through there. And the convicted (2nd degree, sentence served) murderer who just showed up totin' his gun.

The occupation is over, the fun continues.
One of the occupiers is suing the gummint for literally being a tool of Satan. And much, much more. Of course no Federal judge or lawyer is empowered to hear the case. You will not believe the damages she wants!

some even with bussed-in and paid-for participants, and many become violent. Bullshit. Show the evidence. Note that "many" requires a comparison. "Many" compared with what, and why choose that? I would compare to all protests of a number of participants 50% or more the size of the smallest protest you cite.

I wouldn't accept that claim without some quotes. But the Federalist papers are not law. They are useful in discerning the intent of the Founders. However, the Constitution is law and states:

The Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.
Many court cases over many years have established that "Property belonging to the United States" explicitly means the Federal government may own property. And it does. And it has the rights of any property owner. If someone dislikes that our legal system provides many avenues for changing it. Armed rebellion is discouraged.

Armed is armed. The Constitution is law, and I've pointed out what part is relevant and how it's been interpreted. If you want to discuss the Federalist papers bring the quotes and analysis.
