Recently deceased musicians - Walter Becker et all
In the last month or so -

Walter Becker's (Steely Dan) death (09-03-2017) was pretty prominent, but I don't believe got a mention here.

A few others that I have at least a little personal affinity to:

Holger Czukay (Bassist, founding member of Can) - Died 2 days after Walter Becker, 09-05-2017.

John Abercrombie - Jazz guitarist - Died 08-22-2017.

Goldie McJohn (Keyboardist, Steppenwolf) - Died 08-01-2017.

I liked what I heard on the radio today:

One of the few deaths that you can't say "at least he's in a better place now..."

News reports are now saying that he is on life support. If the rumors are true, there is some hope.

"Found in his home in cardiac arrest."

Well, it is confirmed that Tom Petty is gone.

There is no way this is fair. 66? Really?

Breakdown... On a day full of death...

So effing unfair...
