Are you talking about stand alone homes only or does that apply to condos/apartments too? It's interesting as I live in an older neighborhood near downtown Orlando (built up in steps in the 30's, 40's and 50's) and we have little 2/1 bungalows as small as 800 sqft that are fine. Of course now they keep tearing down all the little houses and are putting up 2500-4000 sqft homes.
