Now while that might well be true what they post instead comes across as either chuunibyou (second year middle school syndrome) or machine translations that are never proof read by a native English speaking editor.
Probable machine translation. The clincher is the use of 'diary' for 'journal'.
The primary contributors also seem to be Indian, and even fluent Indian English speakers use phraseology that can sound odd to a British or American ear. Just read the Times of India.
