Re: Limestones are very much mostly of biochemical precipitate origin
Still nothing but meaningless noise. Why do you insist on blathering about a subject of which you are incapable of understanding or discussing?
And why does who discovered it and under what circumstances matter?

Re: Why would cultural Christians reject evidence if it existed?
Nothing in the distant past can be replicated or tested.
Just as a ballpark estimate, how many thousands of times must we refute this obvious falsehoood?

Re: Why would cultural Christians reject evidence if it existed?
By observing the traces they leave behind and investigating how the world works today and the evidence that physical laws were the same in the past.
Denying reality does not change it to your liking.

Re: Why would cultural Christians reject evidence if it existed?
Yup, as usual no substantive response, just a gratuitous insult.
You think it's cute as all get-out to use my word? Guess you didn't read the post in which I used "gobbledygook" and comprehend that I explained why your post was gobbledygook. Alas, you can't explain.
Just another day on your far-away planet.

Re: Ancient beaches and seas, no
Yes, the amount of salt is something I already mentioned.
And admitted that you had no idea how it could have the effect you want it to. All we know is there is some salt there.

I notice you didn't mention truth or reality.
They don't interest you.

Re: Ancient beaches and seas, no
I'm not trying to justify anything. Just pointing out your significant omission.

Re: The fossils as evidence for the Flood
They have been rebutted with, as Percy has been pointing out for some time, no response from you other than repeating the same claim. Over and over again. The rebuttals stand until you successfully address them.
What in our examples of sedimentary layers forming today is the wrong time, place, shape, and extent to become a sedimentary rock layer?
Huh?

Re: The fossils as evidence for the Flood
Deep roots for one thing should prevent lithification
Nope. Billions of tons of pressure, standard and known chemical reactions.
How about all the organic matter that would have become mixed with the soil?
How about the previous discussion of exactly that? What's your response?
Nobody was there, after all, everything is a guess or an estimate or a speculation or a hypothesis, including yours.
Except ours is derived from examining all the evidence and testing our hypotheses.
