Not part of the hatred, per se. But there is this gem posted by Trump after Obama's re-election in 2012. Trump thought that Obama had lost the popular vote (which he hadn't) but that he had been granted victory by the electoral college.

Actually it kinda does, because our system allows them to elect their favored politicians who get to pick those who interpret the constitution and to determine exactly what "separation of church and state" really means. Separation of church and state are not the actual words in the constitution, although they do express the intended meaning of the author of the first amendment. Is this really how wingers think? Trump is not the first president to reveal that he does not buy his own groceries. I do recall that my parents used to write checks for everything including groceries. Just about anything you do at the DMV including registering to vote. Visit a prisoner, board an airplane. There are a few things.
