This is just an unsupported insult. My opinion is informed by my legal experience, regardless of the fact that you personally hold that in low regard. And my informed opinion is that the idea that NDAs are unconstitutional for government employees with the exception of national security is both contrary to established law, and leads to ridiculous results. I have provided some examples which you don't find convincing.
