The suspected bomber operating in Austin, Texas has blown himself up when confronted by police. BBC
"He's thinking of taking some time to figure out what he wants to do...maybe a [religious] mission trip," his mother wrote.
In the blog called "Defining my Stance", he purportedly describes beliefs that "gay marriage should be illegal", opposition to abortion and why the sex offender registry should be eliminated. In the blog, he defines himself as "a conservative".
He planted at least four bombs, killing two people - both black - and injuring others.

Cesar Sayoc who sent mail bombs to George Soros, former President Obama, Hilary Clinton and other Democrats and critics of President Trump.

At least the Synagogue shooter wasn’t a Trump supporter. He was still a rabid right-winger, though. And racist violence against blacks is still a thing in Kentucky

Disagreements don’t necessarily resolve in your favour. I note also that by my estimate the few more in your article comes to about 30%. More, the shooting at the Pittsburgh Synagogue added 11 more to the Right Wing toll.

So the message I’m getting from you is that Right Wing terrorism - and especially the racism behind it - should be minimised. But opposing racism is really bad.

Or maybe I do get it. You are trying to play down Right Wing terrorism. You are attacking Antifa, despite the fact that they are clearly less focussed on anything that can reasonably be called terrorism.

Chris Cantwell the crying Nazi has threatened the total destruction by an army of fanatics after the murder conviction of James Fields. On his own website he charmingly refers to lying Jew scum and claims that Fields was framed.

The defendant intends to murder innocent civilians on a scale rarely seen in this country," US District Attorney Robert Hur said in the court documents.

2018 was a particularly active year for right-wing extremist murders: Every single extremist killing ” from Pittsburgh to Parkland ” had a link to right-wing extremism.
2018, domestic extremists killed at least 50 people in the U.S., a sharp increase from the 37 extremist- related murders documented in 2017, though still lower than the totals for 2015 (70) and 2016 (72). The 50 deaths make 2018 the fourth-deadliest year on record for domestic extremist-related killings since 1970.
Firearms remain the weapon of choice for extremists who kill. Guns were responsible for 42 of the 50 deaths in 2018, followed by blades or edged weapons.

Christchurch shootings: 49 dead in New Zealand mosque attacks 49 people shot dead at two mosques. The Bangladesh cricket team were minutes away from one of the mosques. The attackers also seem to have attached bombs to cars in the area.

By my understanding it’s not just Trump. The Republicans have been opposed to the FBI investigating far-right groups for some years. It’s “persecuting” “conservatives” it seems.
