I'm doing a little research project for a biology class on society's views on evolution/creationism, et cetera, and need to know about YOU. If you can please answer the questions below, they're really easy one word answers...
1)Age?
2)Level of education?
3)What is your occupation?
4)Would you consider yourself religious?
If yes, what religion?
5)Have you ever taken a high school AP Biology course or any college biology course?
6)Do you "believe" in evolution or creationism (or ID)? (or none of these, or both?)
Thank you.

I have a BS in Equestrian Studies, which required me to take Biology 101, an entire year of Mammilian Anatomy and Physiology, and many more specialized Biology classes dealing with Equine Reproduction, Lameness, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, etc. It was a very Biology-intensive degree.
Also very important to my understanding of the philosophy of science, the scientific method, and to developing my critical thinking skills was a class in college called "The Nature of Scientific Inquiry."
A liberal Arts education can be a very good thing!

I am Agnostic with regards to the supernatural. (I was raised Catholic, however)
I accept that the evidence indicating the fact that evolution occurrs is overwhelming.

Sorry TC but earlier you said that you hadn`t reached calculus in your studies of maths and now your claiming college level physics, trust me bud one of those statements is false.....

--Yes I have read on collage physics, a bit of pre-calc, but nothing of the sort of having the ability to understand calculus on the level that the book on astrophysics would need to attain. I havent taken the courses, but I read the books that the courses go through.

TC you may have read college level texts in physics but without calculus you can`t have the detailed understanding of the subject equivalent to a college level education....
Without Calculus how do you interpret the Schroedinger wave equation? Or the TdS equations?
Post Newton college level physics requires calculus, sorry but that is a fact....

Ok what college level physics do you know? Mechanics requires calculus as does wave theory.
Do you know the difference between the dot and cross products (aka Scalar and vector) if not then you cannot have a college level understanding of F=Bqv as the correct college level formulation is F= q(dot)v(cross)B....
This is all first year college material in Britain......
