Note that I am posting this in the non-admin mode.
I haven't followed very closely, the various Peter Borger input in the many topics, because of the message volume and because the related material is much over my head.
Anyhow, I have noted that PB has started 11 topics, of which 3 are currently closed. Nothing wrong with this (says the Moose, who's started c. 37 topics). Peter also participates in other topics.
I have a certain admiration for PB, who, right or wrong, is attempting to fight the fight of the one against the many (or something like that).
My suggestion here, is that PB perhaps best follow the William Scott model, and confine his discussion of his "GUToB" to 1 topic.
As always, I may be wrong.
