An Australian species of skink lizard is in transition from egg laying to giving live birth in some of its habitats, which enables us to look at how this process happens.

Bump: Because it's worth it.
Just a bump for anyone genuinely interested in biology who missed this. Also, because there are at least a couple of threads going on with creationists asking for significant evolutionary changes that can be observed directly.
