I just love clearing a foot of snow when the temperature is 3 degrees Fahrenheit. I think my toes should reach room temperature soon.

I miss snow.
The above ontological example models the zero premise to BB theory. It does so by applying the relative uniformity assumption that the alleged zero event eventually ontologically progressed from the compressed alleged sub-microscopic chaos to bloom/expand into all of the present observable order, more than it models the Biblical record evidence for the existence of Jehovah, the maximal Biblical god designer. -Attributed to Buzsaw Message 53 The explain to them any scientific investigation that explains the existence of things qualifies as science and as an explanation-Attributed to Dawn Bertot Message 286 Does a query (thats a question Stile) that uses this physical reality, to look for an answer to its existence and properties become theoretical, considering its deductive conclusions are based against objective verifiable realities.-Attributed to Dawn Bertot Message 134

I am in northern WI(Wisconsin for you furriners) and I am beginning to miss snow. We may have 3 inches on the ground. I was in central MN(Minnesota) this weekend and they have bare ground. Brown is no way to go through winter. We were -15 F the other night. Cold like that with no snow wreaks havoc on water and septic lines. No freezing here in country but the local cities are having all sorts of problems.
I don't care about weather here for next few days. Heading to FL(Florida) for a long weekend of golf and relaxation.Facts don't lie or have an agenda. Facts are just facts "God did it" is not an argument. It is an excuse for intellectual laziness.

I have a pretty good plow guy. But...
My son works at a local tubing park. They didn't bother to cal and say they were closed, and nobody answered when he called, so we went out and shoveled him out around 11 AM so he could drive there to find out it was closed.

There was a survey of plants in bloom in English hedgerows mid-January. There are normally 3 on average. This year there were 28. Incredibly mild winter so far. We had a light dusting of snow overnight last week - all gone by lunchtime.
We miss snow too. Sadly when we get it, the entire country stops working. Everything is broken.Je suis Charlie. Je suis Ahmed. Je suis Juif. We have a little more snow here now. Nothing like out east, and there is still plenty of brown. The temperature has been fairly mild; we had a couple noncontinuous weeks of near and below zero temps, but it has mostly been in the upper teens and we've even had a fair share of high twenties and mid-to-high thirties.
Worst part of winter has been our junky car. Otherwise this one hasn't been too bad... Love your enemies!

Drought continues in the west. Way too warm for this time of year, warm and dry.

I just noticed that there's a button at the bottom of the screen called the "Do Nothing Button." I clicked it and nothing happened.

"Do Nothing Button." Start here and read down thread. And on topic - We've been getting a lot of overcast days with some light dustings of snow. Have maybe 6 inches on the ground. Mostly been rather balmy for this time of year. Have been getting a little more "clear and sunny" lately, which also means colder temperatures. Still not bad; I think last night was down to -13 F. I heard that International (aka Frostbite) Falls was c. -25 F. I've been scrimping on the electric use, but yesterday and today the solar panels were actually producing something. All in all, we had a cool summer, at least relative to recent previous years. A cold November but then not so cold December and January. Life is good. Last year by now, I think I had my car stuck in the snow a fair number of times, including plowing it into a modest ditch once (fortunately only 100 feet from home - 4 wheel drive pull time). This year I've hardly used the shovel. Moose

I've read the suggested manual, and it still doesn't do anything. Please have someone look into this at once.
And as for your snarky "And on topic -" remark, I will point out that the topic of this thread is "Complaint Department." Well, this is my complaint. Oh, also, I've got a bit of a stiff neck, just here. *pointing*Ridicule is the only weapon which can be used against unintelligible propositions. -- Thomas Jefferson We see monsters where science shows us windmills. -- Phat It has always struck me as odd that fundies devote so much time and effort into trying to find a naturalistic explanation for their mythical flood, while looking for magical explanations for things that actually happened. -- Dr. Adequate Howling about evidence is a conversation stopper, and it never stops to think if the claim could possibly be true -- foreveryoung

And as for your snarky "And on topic -" remark... Sorry, I interpreted the theme to be "sniveling about the weather".
I've read the suggested manual, and it still doesn't do anything. Please have someone look into this at once. What would you like it to do? I could set it to compile all you POTM nominated messages to one page, but would that be any different? Moose

I've read the suggested manual, and it still doesn't do anything. Please have someone look into this at once. Your complaint here is bogus. Your expectations of this button are bogus. It is working just fine doing exactly what it says. I doesn't say "Vacuum Room Button" so when you click it you get up and vacuum the whole house. No, you click it and, presto!, you just sit there doing what? Nothing! You are complaining about a excellent job by a programmer who knows what he is doing. You want buttons that do not work as expected go to Microsoft!
I've got a bit of a stiff neck, just here. *pointing* Uhh ... subbie ... your neck is on the other end of your torso.
