Just wanted to know if anybody could site some actual evidence that anything has ever evolved and crossed the genetic lines of species.
Sure, there are variations within species, but if Darwin's theory of evolution is true, as he said in his original book, there should be millions upon millions of transitional forms in the fossil record which shows random mutations happening over hundreds or thousands of generations and leading to the production of a new species.
So far, nothing like this has been discovered in the fossil record. If Darwin's theory is true, and worthy of acceptation, it should be demonstrable in the fossil record and it is not.
Its not just the "Missing Link" that kills the thory of evolution, its that millions and even billions of "Missing Links" that should exist if species to new species evolution ever happened.
Can anyone actually name any one "Fact" of evolution which can be shown to be a incontrovertible fact? If there truly is "Overwhelming Evidence", then this question should be a simple one to answer.

Gonna hold this
First, it is absolutely totally false. Second, let's get through your Great Debate before attempting to understand just how wrong it is.

    Another reminder NYC
As I noted to you in another thread; one thing you need to wrap your head around is that you have been lied to. Lied to a LOT.
Almost without exception the "information" in fundamentalist, Biblical literalist web sites is wrong. It varies from missing recent material; to missing old,old material to lying about what is there.
On the occasion where an individual fact is right it is very frequently taken out of context.
You might learn faster if you start by understanding that you don't know ANYTHING at all about the subjects at hand. A very, very large percentage of what you think you know is false. So you may as well wipe the slate clean and start over.
Do you understand the issue here?

    Re: Another reminder NYC
    yeah i understand the issue.
although most of what i know about this subject probably might be false, it is what i was taught and theres no need to take it so personaly.
and instead of just sayin its wrong y dont yall prove it wrong with facts. plus i already know that yall r probably gonna say that fossilization is rare and thats y alot of the missing links havnt been found.
anyways i thought this was a site to debate the topic, but it seems to me if someone doesnt have the same views as u then yall get real mad and just start sayin that im wrong.
if i am actually wrong and all of what i said really is false, then i appologize.

Just go slowly. You have a lot to learn, and to unlearn. Stick with your current thread before trying to tackle another.
We can come back to this once you get some more of the basics down.

    Mad?
I don't feel mad. Where did that come through to you that I was made at you. I might be mad at liars but not you.
You don't have to apologize for being wrong. We are all wrong sometimes; me a lot.
I don't think anyone is getting mad. All you have to do is give your views and why you hold them. Then we can discuss them.
So far we know that the reasons you offer for any views are based on falsehoods. I'm just warning you of that so you might have an easier time of it.
