This is just sad
I mean, it's all right and cheery when religions try to solve their own problems within their own groups and sects. However, they have enough trouble controlling the masses of their own churches so they should leave government work up to the feds/states, not try to ask for help from God. Besides, what would God actually do? Would he change/influence the criminals' minds directly (where's your free will now?), or would he try to evangelize more people?
I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours.
