This was just too important not to cite."Why did you not explain that the two verses you were quoting was concerning speaking in other tongues."I did not explain that those verses regard speaking in tongues because that would be lying. Like the Jews before them, early Christian women were forbidden from speaking during worship. You can argue that this was about tongues or about women speaking over the separations between men and women in the buildings, but it is very clear. It is shameful for a woman to speak in church.
